Refund or Return
Notice:
1. It is with the very high quality, we will make a secure and hard packing , please don't worry!
2. If the goods has any quality problem, not fit, Lost or wrong delivery which is confirmed by both of us, we will resend or refund soon.
3. Please check the tracking information on the tracking website once goods not received. If you have not received your parcel within 30 days, please contact us immediately for help. We will reply the email within 24 hours.
4. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the received date. If goods is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
5. All returned items must be in the original package and you must provide us with shipping tracing number, specific reason for the return. We only accept return the goods by post.
Shipping
1. All order will be dispatched within 5 days after funds passing securing check by aliexpress.com. It is only extended due to holiday.
2.Delivery time will be 10-60days, Seldom occurs more than 120 days for less countries like Brazil, Peru.If you need goods urgently, please contact us to choose DHL, TNT, UPS or other fast way.
3.We will responsible for all wrong sending and quality issue order.
4.Please double check your address before completing the payment. If you want to make any change, please kindly contact us asap, or we will send the goods to the address you lefte order only.
